Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small steaks
- 4 slices of toast
- 2 pineapple slices
- 4 mushrooms
- 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
- 4 slice(s) cheese, of your choice

simple, quick leftover meal
First, toast the slices of bread. Halve any steaks cooked yesterday. I used herb pork steaks, which you can also cook fresh. On each slice of toast (2 per person), place cream cheese, half a steak, 1/2 a slice of pineapple, and 1 sliced mushroom, and top each with a slice of cheese. Microwave the slices for 1-2 minutes at 700 watts or place them in the oven for a few minutes at 150°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese has melted. Done and delicious!
