Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 600 g apples
  • n. B. cinnamon – sugar
  • Fat for the mold
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

Quickly mix the first 5 ingredients into a dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice the apples and grease a pie dish or casserole dish. Roll out 2/3 of the dough to line the bottom of the dish and form a rim. Fill with the apples and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar. Roll out the remaining dough thinly and place it over the apples to form a layer. Brush with egg yolk. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200°C.
