Roll out the dough into a large and a smaller round disc. Line the bottom of a 26 cm springform pan with the larger disc, pulling up the edges slightly. Arrange the apples on top and cover with the second layer. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Tastes best slightly warm. If you like, you can also add raisins to the apples.
