Delicious garlic dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. parsley, chopped, possibly frozen
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

for vegetable sticks, but also for grilling

Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt thoroughly, season with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic cloves and finely dice or press them through a press. Add them to the yogurt-mayonnaise and stir well. Mix in the parsley as well. It’s best to let the dip sit in the refrigerator overnight. We love this dip; it tastes delicious with a raw vegetable platter, but we’ve also used it with grilled meats and fondue.
