Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 apple
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
for an 18cm springform pan
Wash, peel, core, and cut the apple into small pieces. Combine all ingredients except the apples and mix until smooth. Pour into an 18cm springform pan or muffin tin, then arrange the fruit on top. Bake in the air fryer at 160°C for about 20 minutes. Do the toothpick test! Place knobs of butter on the still-hot cake and dust with powdered sugar.
