Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter apple juice, 100%, good
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon, divided
  • 1 tonka bean(s), crumbled (or vanilla pulp)
  • 1 star anise
  • 2 carnations
  • 6 cardamom pods (the seeds)
  • 400 g gelling sugar 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Christmas – Advent culinary gift

Heat the apple juice with the spices for 10 minutes (do not boil), then let it cool. Strain into another pot and boil gently with the preserving sugar for 3 minutes. Pour into clean jam jars and let stand upside down for 15 minutes.
