quick and easy

Roll out the puff pastry. Core the apples and finely grate them (if necessary, using a Quick Chef), then mix with the sugar, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Spread a quarter of the apple mixture onto the first third of a sheet of puff pastry, then fold it over and spread another quarter over the remaining empty space. Roll it up and place it on the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle the strudel with a little sugar, which will caramelize during baking. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
