Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 375 ml milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 40 g yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- e.g. raisins
- n. B. Oil for frying
- Sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Prepare yeast dough from the ingredients as usual. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour. Then, bake small round cookies in a pan with a little oil over low heat on both sides. Sprinkle with sugar once the cookies are baked.
