Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 40 g chia seeds
- 80 g bacon cubes
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan
- 50 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Weigh everything and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it as thinly as you want the crispbread to be. Bake the mixture at 150°C fan-assisted for 40-50 minutes, until it reaches the desired browning. Remove from the oven and immediately cut into crispbread shapes using a pizza cutter. I stored the dough uncovered in a container to ensure it stays nice and crispy.
