Apple Whiskey Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g whiskey
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g Brunch, natural
  • 120 g sugar
  • 140 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the sugar, eggs, and salt until frothy. Add the whiskey and stir until smooth. Combine the flour and baking powder, then add to the batter and fold in until the batter is moist and no lumps form. Peel the apple, cut it into small pieces, and fold it into the batter. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Fill the muffin tins and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. 12 muffins
