Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles (dark or semisweet)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Combine the quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Finely chop the banana, apple, and grapes and stir into the mixture. Then refrigerate for about 2 hours to chill thoroughly. If you like, you can also stir in the chocolate sprinkles.
