Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 225 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 kg apples
  • 2 pts. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 375 ml white wine
  • 375 ml apple juice
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, make a dough and chill for about 1 hour. Roll the dough out into a springform pan and press the edges up slightly. For the filling, peel, quarter, core, and dice the apples. Make a pudding from the pudding mix, sugar, vanilla sugar, and liquid. Fold in the diced apples and pour the mixture onto the dough. Bake at about 170 degrees Celsius for 50 to 60 minutes. Once cooled, decorate the cake with whipped cream. This cake has always been a huge hit.
