Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g apples, sour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 6 sheets of white gelatin
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 kiwi(s)

Peel, core, and cut the apples into small pieces. Cook them with the sugar and white wine until pureed, then puree them. Allow the gelatine to swell according to the package instructions. Then squeeze out the excess water and stir it into the hot puree. Chill. Whip the cream and egg whites separately until stiff peaks form. Once the cream has cooled but not yet set, fold in the cream and egg whites one at a time. Chill overnight is best. Peel the kiwi, slice it, and decorate the cream with it. This dessert is perfect for a party or a buffet.
