Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 150 g sugar
  • 5 egg whites
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 g flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g sugar

  • 2 jars of applesauce

For the batter, make a foam from butter, egg yolks, and sugar. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form and fold in. Stir in the sifted flour. Spread the batter onto a prepared baking sheet. Spoon the applesauce onto the batter and spread it over the batter. For the crumble, melt the butter. Then add the cinnamon and sugar, and finally, sprinkle in enough flour (more than 200g can be used) with a fork to easily crumble the crumble. Spread the crumble on the baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C to 210°C for about 40 minutes.
