- 1 apple
- 50 ml water
- 50 ml almond milk (almond drink) or milk
- 7 g baking powder
- 10 g sugar
- 10 g cinnamon

Chop the apple and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Divide the mixture among 12 muffin cups. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for 30 to 35 minutes.
