Pudding fruit dessert in a glass

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 packet of pudding powder of your choice
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 300 g fruit of your choice, chopped
  • 1 pack of cake glaze
  • 250 ml water
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cook the pudding mix with 1/2 liter of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar according to the package instructions. Then pour the finished pudding into dessert glasses, filling them about halfway. If you love pudding, you can fill the glasses a little more, but not to the brim. Spread the chopped fruit over the pudding. Then cook the cake glaze according to the package instructions with 250 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pour this mixture over the fruit as you would for a cake, until the fruit is completely covered. Refrigerate the finished dessert for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer, until everything is nice and chilled. We like to eat this dessert instead of cakes and tarts in the summer with coffee because it’s light, fruity, and chilled, just right on hot days. Because the fruit is covered in an airtight layer by the cake glaze, it keeps in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, making it ideal for preparing ahead of time.
