Applesauce foam with brittle

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 tbsp Calvados or apple juice
  • Brittle (hazelnut brittle)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple, quick, tasty, easy to prepare

Beat the egg whites with sugar and cinnamon until stiff peaks form, then stir in the applesauce. Add the Calvados, pour into bowls, and refrigerate. Sprinkle with praline to serve. Apple juice can be used instead of the Calvados.
