Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 1 liter pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 small jar of cherries
  • some cinnamon
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions. Set aside and cover with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming. Whisk the eggs with the milk. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Dip the slices of toast in the egg-milk mixture and fry briefly in the pan until golden brown. Remove from the pan and pour over the vanilla pudding. Top with cherries and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
