Applesauce – Stollen – Dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 apples (Boskoop)
  • some water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto
  • 1 small Stollen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Stollen utilization

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Sauté them with the water and sugar until soft. Puree with a hand blender and finally add the Amaretto. Cut the Stollen into small pieces and fill glasses, alternating with the applesauce.
