Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 300 g flour, ( 405 )
- 150 g nuts
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 some milk
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 750 g apricot(s), pitted, halved
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
fruity, juicy and tasty
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and spices until fluffy. Sift flour and baking powder, mix with nuts, and slowly stir into the mixture. Line the springform pan with greaseproof paper, pour in the mixture. Arrange the apricots on top, if desired, and bake at 170°C for about 45 minutes. (Use a toothpick to test.)
