Ingredients for 25 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g marzipan
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp, stripped ammonium bicarbonate
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp bitter almond flavoring
  • Apricot jam
  • powdered sugar
  • cherry brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a dough from the ingredients and roll it out. Cut out cookies (duos) and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 8-10 minutes. Gently warm the apricot jam and place it on two cookies at a time. Make a glaze from the kirsch and powdered sugar and spread it over the cookies.
