Cappuccino – Liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp coffee powder (espresso powder, Nescafe)
  • 3 tbsp coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), the pulp
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g cream
  • ¼ liter white rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pour 3 tablespoons of boiling water over the espresso and cappuccino powder and stir. Beat the egg yolks, fresh egg whites, vanilla bean pulp, and sugar in a double boiler for about 10 minutes (it should thicken). Then slowly add the coffee mix, cream, and rum. Strain if necessary and bottle.
