- 175 g butter, soft
- 200 g oat flakes
- 100 g flour
- 175 g brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 kg apricot(s)
- 1 lemon(s), the juice

Apricots baked with oat flakes
Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan/gas mark 3). Combine the butter, oats, flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Wash, pit, and roughly chop the apricots. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and spread evenly in a baking dish. Spread the crumble mixture over the apricots. Bake in the oven on the second rack from the bottom for 25 minutes.
