Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 cl orange liqueur
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • some sour cream
  • Lemon balm
  • n. B. flowers (nasturtium flowers)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut into thin slices. Mix the orange liqueur with the chili sauce and the juice of half a lemon and pour it over the mango. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes. Garnish with sour cream, lemon balm, and nasturtium blossoms. Pairs well with Bündnerfleisch (a type of meat).
