Ingredients
 

  • 310 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 750 g Yogurt
  • 450 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • Buttermilk
  • 1 big can Apricots
  • 3 packet "Vanilla" dessert cream
  • 600 ml Multivitamin juice
  • 150 ml Apricot juice (canned)
  • Orange aroma
  • 3 packet Cake glaze

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter, sugar and 300 g yoghurt until creamy. Whisk eggs and stir in with the orange flavor. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in. Spread half of the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet. Mix the rest of the batter with cocoa and a little buttermilk and pour onto the light batter. Cut the apricots into slices and spread on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes and allow to cool. Mix the milk and the rest of the yogurt together. Add dessert cream powder and stir until creamy. Spread the cream on the cake and chill for 1 hour. Mix the multivitamin juice and apricot juice. Mix the sugar and icing powder together. Stir in the juice and bring to the boil, spread over the cream. Spread the remaining apricot slices on top and let cool completely.
