Apple Pie with Surprise

The perfect apple pie with surprise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Sunflower oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Cup Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • Apricots (can)
  • 1 Apple
  1. Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until creamy. Stir in the oil and whipped cream. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in. Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan. Spread the apricot slices on top and pour in the remaining batter. Peel the apple, cut into slices and spread on the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.
