Apricot ice cream with honey

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 350 g apricot(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 5 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g yogurt, 1.5% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Wash the apricots, remove the stones, and quarter them. Place them in a tall blender. Puree with an immersion blender. Then add the remaining ingredients, mix everything together, and pour into the ice cream maker.
