Apricot Muffins with Chocolate Flakes

- 165 g Butter or margarine
- 165 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 g Flour
- 1 Msp Baking powder
- 35 g Grated chocolate
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 1 Can (small) Apricots
- Mix the butter with sugar and salt until foamy and gradually stir in the eggs. Add flour with baking powder and stir to form a smooth dough. Fold in the chocolate flakes.
- Line the muffin tin with paper liners and distribute the batter in it. Finally, put an apricot half on each muffin.
