Apricot Muffins with Chocolate Flakes

The perfect apricot muffins with chocolate flakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 165 g Butter or margarine
  • 165 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 Msp Baking powder
  • 35 g Grated chocolate
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Can (small) Apricots
  1. Mix the butter with sugar and salt until foamy and gradually stir in the eggs. Add flour with baking powder and stir to form a smooth dough. Fold in the chocolate flakes.
  2. Line the muffin tin with paper liners and distribute the batter in it. Finally, put an apricot half on each muffin.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes.
