Apricot – Rhubarb – Banana Jam

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apricot(s), pitted,
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 400 g rhubarb, cut into pieces
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1, 1 pack of citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the prepared fruit (puree the apricots and banana beforehand, and cut the rhubarb into small pieces so it cooks soft) in a large saucepan and mix with the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil according to the package instructions and add the citric acid. Pour into clean screw-top jars and leave the lids on for 5 minutes. Done! Delicious! I had the rhubarb frozen and think it’s a great addition to the mild apricots and banana.
