Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g strawberries
  • 1,000 g banana(s)
  • 1,000 g kiwi(s)
  • 3 oranges
  • 3 lemons, juice
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 packs of 2:1 gelling sugar (500 g each)
  • 80 g mint
  • 1 piece(s) ginger

Peel and finely chop the strawberries, banana, kiwi, ginger, and orange. Finely chop the mint. Drizzle with the lemon juice. Heat everything together in a large saucepan and bring to a boil until the fruit begins to set. When the fruit sets, the jam is ready and can be poured into jars of any size. Fill the jars to the brim and seal. Let the jam cool.
