Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g apricot(s), ripe, pitted
- 35 g butter, cold
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Ice cream (vanilla ice cream) to serve
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
a fine dessert, together with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a shallow baking dish with butter. Wash, halve, and pit the apricots. Place them cut-side up, side by side, in the baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and scatter the butter, cut into small cubes, on top. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. The apricots should be soft but retain their shape. Remove and let cool briefly. Serve warm on a dessert plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
