Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (396g)
  • 500 ml milk, whole milk
  • 1 can pineapple, slices (567g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the sour cream into a bowl, add the condensed milk and milk, and mix. Chop the pineapple slices into small pieces and place them in a tall mixing bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of the pineapple juice and blend until smooth. Add to the milk mixture and stir in. Then process in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions until smooth and serve.
