Arugula – Orange – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 oranges
  • 1 pack of arugula
  • 4 onions, red
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp orange blossom honey
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fillet the oranges and chop the washed arugula into pieces. Thinly slice the carrots and onions. For the dressing, juice the limes and mix with honey and olive oil, then season with a little salt. Toss the salad with the dressing.
