Arugula Pizza

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of pizza dough, ready.
  • 1 can of tomato(s) (pizza), spicy or hot
  • 2 bags of mozzarella
  • 1 bag of arugula
  • 1 pack of ham (Serrano)
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with mozzarella and Serrano ham

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread it on the pizza. Place it on the middle rack of the oven. After about 12-15 minutes, spread the Serrano ham on the pizza and return it to the oven for another 5 minutes. Toss the washed arugula with a little olive or garlic oil and a packet of salad dressing. Remove the pizza from the oven and cut into pieces of any size. Finally, arrange the arugula on top of the pizza slices.
