Arugula salad with feta cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g arugula
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 15 small cherry tomatoes
  • e.g. orange juice
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse the arugula thoroughly in a sieve and place it in a bowl. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Then wash and halve the tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the feta cheese. Mix well. For the dressing, pour some orange juice and balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and add a little salt and pepper. Heat the mixture, then let it cool briefly and pour it over the salad.
