Arugula salad with halloumi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g arugula
  • 75g halloumi
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • some mustard
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • Raspberries for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and wash the arugula. Cut the halloumi into small slices and fry briefly in a non-stick pan until golden brown. Mix together a dressing of yogurt, balsamic vinegar, and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Toss with the salad, top with the halloumi slices, and finally sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with raspberries.
