Arugula salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bowl of arugula
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan or Grana Padano, grated
  • Balsamic cream
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • possibly oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple and delicious

Wash and dry the arugula, and arrange it on salad plates. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and alternate them around the edges of the plates. Spread 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over each plate and season with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. A little oil can be added, if desired.
