Asia Cabbage Sprouts on Glass Noodles
The perfect asia cabbage sprouts on glass noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cabbage sprouts
- 1 middle Onion
- 1 middle Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sugar brown
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 small packetg. Glass noodles
- 1 handful Roasted peanuts
preparation
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage sprouts and cut in half – cut the onion into fine cubes
preparation
- Sweat the onion in sesame oil – caramelize with brown sugar – add the halved cabbage sprouts – briefly roast with the onions and then deglaze with soy sauce – add the vegetable stock and gently cook the cabbage sprouts covered until they are soft
- While doing this, briefly boil the glass noodles in plenty of water – then pour them through a sieve – add the glass noodles to the cabbage sprouts and stir well – lastly sprinkle salted peanuts over them
