Asia – Glass Noodles – Mince Pan
The perfect asia – glass noodles – mince pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Glass noodles
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 400 g Mixed Asian vegetables frozen
- 200 g Ground beef
- 2 tsp Five spice mix
- Salt, black pepper from the mill
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions and drain them in a sieve. Drain well.
- Heat the oil in a wide pan, fry the minced meat all over over a medium heat.
- Add the vegetables and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Fry for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Now add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and the soy sauce. Finished 🙂
