Asia – Glass Noodles – Mince Pan

The perfect asia – glass noodles – mince pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Glass noodles
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 400 g Mixed Asian vegetables frozen
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 2 tsp Five spice mix
  • Salt, black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  1. Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions and drain them in a sieve. Drain well.
  2. Heat the oil in a wide pan, fry the minced meat all over over a medium heat.
  3. Add the vegetables and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Fry for 5 minutes while stirring.
  4. Now add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper and the soy sauce. Finished 🙂
