Asia Pan with Noodles

The perfect asia pan with noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 30 g Dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 250 g Beef rump steak
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Teriyaki sauce
  • 120 g Linguine
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp Food starch
  • Water
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • Cane sugar
  1. Quarter the paprika and cut into thin strips. Halve the mushrooms according to size. Clean the leek and cut into thin oblique slices. Score the chili peppers lengthways, remove the core and cut into thin rings. Cut the meat into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat vigorously in it, remove. Fry the peppers, chilli and leeks in the frying oil. Deglaze with the teriyaki sauce and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir the starch in a little water until smooth, stir into the vegetables, bring everything to the boil. Season the vegetables with lime juice and cane sugar.
  3. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain and drain, fold into the vegetables with the meat and only heat up briefly. Divide the Asian pan with noodles on a plate and serve.
