Asian Chicken Breast Fillet

- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 500 g Me noodles
- 300 g Bean sprouts or mung bean sprouts
- Soy sauce dark
- 1 Pc. Spring onions fresh, sliced
- 1 Pc. Vegetable onion
- 100 Milliliters Toasted sesame oil
- Sunflower oil
- Sambal Olek
- Wheat flour type 405
- First, cut the chicken breast fillet into 1 – 2 cm cubes, season with soy sauce and roll in flour.
- Then fry in a wok with a little sunflower oil until it turns light brown, add the bean sprouts, chop the onion and spring onion (the onion into 1 cm cubes, the spring onion as small as possible.)
- Season to taste and add soy sauce to the wok depending on the salt requirement. Add 500 ml of warm water and the meoodle noodles. Fry the whole thing until the chicken fillet is done.
