Fry the minced meat in a pan with oil for about 5 minutes. Add the onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce. Fry everything until nicely browned and crumbly. Now add the water chestnuts, mushrooms, and finely sliced spring onions and continue cooking until the mushrooms and spring onions are soft. While the meat is frying, wash the lettuce and tear it into large leaves, and stir together the sauce. Combine all ingredients except the water in a bowl and mix with a whisk. Now everything is ready to serve. Either for 4 as a starter or for 2 as a main course. Especially good in the evening, as it is low-carb. Place spoonfuls of chicken into a large lettuce leaf and drizzle with some of the special sauce. Roll it up a bit and eat it as a wrap.
