hearty and vegetarian

Wash the lentils and cook with the water, lovage, stock powder, and herb salt for about 35 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the bell peppers. Remove the lovage stems. Now add the diced bell peppers, stir-fried vegetables, wok sauce, and soy sauce. Bring back to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. The vegetables should still be firm to the bite. If desired, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. This is a hearty, meatless soup.
