Preparation for Hoi Sin Vegetable Noodle Wok with Chicken
First, cut the chicken into approximately 1 cm wide strips, then into pieces approximately 2 cm long. Add the soy sauce, hoi sin paste, and Chinese seasoning. Mix everything well, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and press out any air. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for a day. Then stir-fry it in a wok with vegetables and noodles of your choice.
