Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tsp fish sauce
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 pieces ginger root
- 1 ½ tbsp, heaped honey
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 limes, the juice
- 5 kaffir lime leaves or the zest of one lime
- 1 bunch of coriander including stems, amount as desired
- 15 tbsp olive oil

Marinade for chicken, pork or other
Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves and ginger. Blend them with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Add the marinade to the grilled meat and let it soak in for at least a few hours, preferably overnight. This simple recipe is enough for about 6 to 8 chicken breast fillets, or about one kilogram of meat.
