Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- 200 g turkey meat, shredded
- 250g spaghetti
- salt water
- 1 cup whipped cream
- some herbs (parsley, chives, etc.)
- ½ kl. can/n mung bean seedlings
- salt and pepper
- Curry (Thai curry) or Chinese spice or similar.
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 garlic clove(s), if desired
- Oil for frying
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then fry the turkey strips in oil. Chop the bell pepper, carrots, onion, garlic, and herbs. Cook the bell pepper and carrots in oil until al dente. Then add the onion, mung bean sprouts, garlic, and herbs. Sauté everything briefly, then deglaze with a little water. Then add the cooked pasta and fry briefly. Add the turkey strips. Season to taste. Finally, deglaze with the cream and let everything sit in the pan for a short while until a sauce forms. Serve immediately.
