Cook the spaghetti, roast the cashews in a pan without oil or fat. Dice the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion and fry. When they’re half cooked, add the mung sprouts, mix well, and deglaze with plenty of soy sauce, chili-garlic paste, and the tomato sauce. Mix everything thoroughly, seasoning occasionally with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika. When the spaghetti is done, rinse well and then toss with the cooked vegetables, then add the roasted cashews.
