Ingredients
- 150 g Turkey breast
- 150 g Spaghetti
- 150 g Vegetable mix asian tk
- 1 Carrot
- 0,25 Leek
- 1 cm Chopped ginger
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 50 g Mushrooms
- Crushed red pepper
- Sambal Oelek
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta until soft as usual. Thaw the frozen vegetables. Cut the turkey meat into strips, peel the carrots and cut into fine slices, wash and finely slice the leek, peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.
- Heat the oil and fry the meat in it until it is white on all sides. Now add the garlic ginger leek and carrots and roast them. Then add the vegetable mixture and stir everything to finish. Finally, add the spaghetti and season with Pul Biber and Sambal Oelek
- Serve everything together hot ......
