Asian noodles with vegetables and pork

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g pasta (e.g. spaghetti)
  • 100 g pork, cut into small strips
  • 100 g mixed vegetables, frozen
  • some Mu-Err mushrooms
  • 150 g sweet and sour sauce (also available in jars)
  • 1 half onion(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some soy sauce
  • some oil
  • n. B. Sambal Oelek
  • e.g. Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

sweet, sour and spicy

Cook the noodles al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the pork, onions, and crushed garlic clove in a little oil over medium heat. Deglaze with a little soy sauce and add the vegetables and mushrooms. Briefly fry, then add the noodles. Now add the sweet and sour sauce and mix everything thoroughly. If you want the dish a bit spicier, you can add sambal oelek and perhaps Tabasco to taste.
