Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 handful of mountain cheese, freshly grated
  • 150 g bacon
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 200g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spaghetti with cheese sauce

Cook the pasta as usual until al dente. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in the oil. Add the flour and stir vigorously with a whisk. Add the milk and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the mountain cheese and melt it into the sauce. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
